Student Credentials Emailed Out – Sunday, August 15

Student login credentials were emailed out Sunday, August 15, in the early evening.  We have had a few instances of parents who have a HotMail or Yahoo account not receiving emails from Low Country Virtual.  The easiest way to remedy the issue of our emails being blocked is to send an email message from your account to lcvinfo@lowcountryvirtual.org with TEST in the subject line.  This should help future email correspondence go through.

If you did NOT receive the student login credentials email this evening, please complete a support ticket at this link. We will be working to reissue credentials on Monday.

Please do not worry, if you have not yet received the student login credentials, we intentionally planned the first two days of activities that can be launched from our website so that we could troubleshoot any technical issues before the first full day on Wednesday, August 18.
