Low Country Virtual is proud to partner with FLVS to provide students with a full suite of elementary and middle school courses designed to be hands-on and engaging for students. With more than 20 years of experience in course design, FLVS uses a team of more than 100 experts who work together to research, plan, create, and evaluate their award- winning digital courses.
Our Teachers
Experienced Online Teachers
Our courses are taught by dedicated SC certified teachers who have a wide range of experience in online teaching. Teachers host live lessons and work with students in small groups and individually to ensure all student needs are met. Our certified teachers provide one-on-one attention and are available online, by phone, email, or text. LCV utilizes the National Standards of Quality for Online Teaching (NSQ) as the framework for teaching practices.
Our Schedule
Flexible Scheduling Following a Weekly Pacing Guide
Our full-time students follow a traditional school schedule from August – June with daily live teaching sessions (daily attendance is required). Students are able to work on assignments from home following a weekly pacing guide. This flexible scheduling allows students who participate in activities outside of school (travel, sports, hobbies, etc.) to make the best use of their time throughout the week.
