Types of Tech Issues
There are typically two types of tech issues that students may experience at Low Country Virtual:
1) Device Login Issues (Hardware)
2) Learning Management and Google Calendar Issues (Software Issues)
Because the home school district owns the device, any issues with devices require the district’s support. Low Country Virtual can assist with course access issues once a student is logged into the device. Read below for more information.
Help with with a School Issued Device (Hardware)
After notifying your LCV teacher(s) that you are experiencing issues with your Base School/District issued device, be sure you have reported these issues to your base school’s help desk so that a work order can be submitted to the base school or district’s technology department. You can find the information on how to contact your Base School/District in the chart below.

Help with LCV Login and LCV Course Related Issues (Software)
The first step in requesting help for login issues or course related issues is your teacher. If your teacher is unable to help, please submit a LCV Support Ticket here.

Tips to Remember For Hardware Tech Support
- Please be sure to have your district device with you when contacting your district liaison and or your school's technology help desk.
- If you have a device issue, be sure you notify your District Liaison and the tech contact provided below for your district.
- Be sure you keep your Homeroom teacher in the loop if/ when you have a device issue.
